A brief and a quote first

KRESIO prepares websites, a simple custom application, visual identity and graphics. A simple application means one workflow, either a CRM or bookings, without online payments and without connections to other systems. The starting price does not cover a connected combination of CRM and bookings. Extensions are agreed separately. Before work begins, we confirm in writing the purpose, scope, deliverables, timing, price and how approval works.

“From” prices are starting prices for the stated basic scope. I am not a VAT payer; listed prices are final. VAT is not added. Third-party costs that are not included, such as printing or a paid licence, are charged only if agreed beforehand.

On https://kresio.cz, “Send enquiry” sends a non-binding enquiry to info@kresio.cz. In a local or unconnected preview, the form only prepares a brief to download. In the protected preview, sending is offered only when its connection is switched on. Completing, downloading or submitting the form does not create an order or an obligation to pay. A contract arises only when both sides confirm the quote in writing.

Materials and approvals

The client supplies available copy, photographs, logos and relevant information, or specifically commissions their creation. The client must have the necessary rights to supplied materials. Service credentials will be shared securely, not through a public brief.

We will agree who approves the work and how many revision rounds are included. New features, additional pages and changes to an approved direction will first be assessed for their effect on price and timing. Work outside the agreed scope starts only after agreement.

Payments, hosting and care

The individual quote or contract sets any deposit, payment milestones and due dates. These terms set no automatic deposit. Website care, including hosting, a domain and a certificate, is priced on request according to the scope. The care quote states what it includes, for how long, and what happens when it ends.

Licences, paid tools and other running costs are agreed separately unless they are expressly part of the price.

Review, handover and rights

Before handover, we check the agreed functions together and record any outstanding issues. The quote or contract defines handover, source files, credentials, licences and rights to the result. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Report a defect against the agreed brief to info@kresio.cz. Say what is wrong and what you are asking for. We confirm receipt and handle the defect under the Czech Civil Code. A new request beyond the approved scope is not a defect; we agree its price and timing first.

Consumers, withdrawal and disputes

If the client is a consumer, a distance contract may be withdrawn from within 14 days of its conclusion. A withdrawal can be sent to info@kresio.cz and does not need a reason. The statutory notice and model form are sent with the contract.

If the consumer asks us to start the service or the commissioned work during that period, we need an express request and the information that the right to withdraw ends once performance is complete. The bespoke nature of a website, application, identity or graphic does not itself remove that right. For goods made to the consumer’s specification, such as commissioned print, the law may exclude withdrawal.

Complaints use the same email address. A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI). ČOI identifies the competent body according to its remit.
